While many investors seek properties located close to beaches and golf courses there are some wonderful fincas, with swimming pools, that can be purchased at very competitive prices and that still have easy access to all amenities and services.

We provide an English speaking Spanish solicitor, a full conveyance service, a translation of all legal documents, a breakdown of all legal costs and taxes, an information check-list when buying new and resale properties and regular updates on the progress of your purchase. Our team also ensures that property and land are free of charges and that it has the necessary building and planning permission.
Buying a property with SPD comes with the peace of mind of knowing that all the transactions and paperwork will be completed professionally. When we hand over the keys to your property we provide a free after sales service that includes opening a Spanish bank account, assistance with purchasing furniture and household goods, arranging home security, ensuring snagging lists are completed, advice on home, life and medical insurance and information on English speaking schools.

Many clients are understandably anxious that their property is looked after especially if they are not living permanently in Spain. SPD offers a reliable and highly competitive property management service for an annual fee of 348 €. In return our clients receive weekly security and utility checks, key holding, alarm call outs, meet and greet service for you and your guests and arranging car hire.
Airport pick-up services, cleaning services and welcome packs can also be arranged for additional charges. SPD will also seek competitive prices for specific services requested by clients such as building works, security grills, maintenance and repairs, gardening services, UK satellite TV installation, etc.

The southern Costa Blanca or “White Coast” offers a wonderful relaxing lifestyle with world class cuisine, an almost perfect climate and an unrivalled range of activities selection from its shimmering crystal clear waters to some of the finest golf courses in Europe.
Cabo Roig is uniquely located to take full advantage of all that the Costa Blanca has to offer. Situated between Alicante and Murcia airports it is accessible in less than 50 minutes on the excellent Mediterranean motorway. It is the perfect base to explore the region. From the fun-filled theme park of Terra Mitica in Benidorm to the historical city of Murcia, from the famous Mar Menor and La Manga to the many villages and coves in “the hidden Spain” it is all there.
Cabo Roig is well served by modern communications, beautiful and safe Blue Flag beaches, top class Spanish, Italian, Indian, German, English and Irish restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a local market, a medical centre and of course, excellent golfing facilities, and much more.
Some of the finest courses in Spain are located in the “golfing triangle” adjacent to Cabo Roig. Nearby Villamartin is home to the famed Championship course while the excellent Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses are located within easy distance. A little inland, near the town of Algorfa there is a new and challenging course set in stunning surroundings at La Finca.

With very mild winters, low rainfall and over 320 days of sunshine each year every day brings different possibilities. Here you will find clear blue seas, endless days of cloudless skies, palm trees and pristine white sandy beaches. It is little wonder that this region has been designated one of the healthiest places to live by the World Health Organization. It truly is a world away from the dreary and damp climates of northern Europe.
