Standard inspection trip

For a fee of 145 € or £99 we will arrange for a 3 day inspection trip for you to come and view our properties in Spain.

The following is included on the inspection trip:-

Return Flights
Transfers and transportation in Spain to the various properties
Lunch & evening meals
Accommodation

Our representative will collect you each morning and accompany you on pre-selected property visits and their surrounding areas.

When we have found your ideal property, we will help you with everything connected to the purchase, such as arranging mortgages, opening bank accounts, dealing with Surveyors, Lawyers, Developers and even the furnishing of your property.

On completion of your purchase we will refund your inspection trip fees.

Tailor made inspection trip

We can tailor your inspection trip to meet your needs. You may want to make a holiday of your visit or you might only be able to visit for a day or two. Whatever your needs are, we will try our very best to cater for them. If you would like to make a holiday of your trip and stay for a week or longer, we can arrange accommodation, airport pickups, car hire and special welcome packs for your arrival. We will spend time with you throughout your holiday to show you properties and areas that meet your needs and when we find you your property whilst on this trip we will refund your inspection trip fees on completion of your property
