Property Management

The Management service includes the following:

• Key holding
• Weekly security & utility checks
• Alarm call outs
• Meet & greet service for owners and their guests

Annual fee: 300 € + IVA @ 16% = 348 €

Cleaning Services

• Full clean of your property including linen change:-
• 50 € for 2 bedrooms
• 60 € for 3 bedrooms

Please note that there is an additional charge for extra linen and towels. Weekly linen change (only) – 25 €

Welcome packs

• The standard welcome pack consists of the following:-
• Bread, milk, butter, water, orange juice, cereal, beer & wine- 15 €

A special welcome pack can be tailored according to your instructions and will be priced accordingly.

Airport service

• We provide an airport service for you or your guests, to and from your property.
• Murcia (San Javier) – 30 €
• Alicante – 50 €

Other services

• Other services provided and priced accordingly on request.
